Processing Time Most items are made-to order and take 2-7 business days to produce. Ready to ship items (jewelry, engraved dog wineglasses, floating wine glasses, dog collars, leashes, and dog toys) process in 1-2 business days.

· FREE SHIPPING on orders $100+

· Orders under $100: Shipping calculated at checkout

· Delivery takes 5 - 7 days after production.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Custom Products Most of your products (see the above exceptions ) are made just for you after your you place your order, which takes a bit longer but reduces waste.
